Sizi Yoga & Lifestyle

About

Caring for one’s body and mind is something very essential yet too often neglected. By combining the elements of yoga, art, and nature, I am dedicated to make Sizi Yoga & Lifestyle a supportive and friendly place where you can build a healthy lifestyle with confidence and inner peace.

Trixie L
RYT200 Yoga Instructor

I started learning yoga with my aunt when I was about 15. It has helped me a lot in life both physically and mentally. I have hosted yoga sessions in different fitness groups and I have been teaching yoga classes for kids at an afterschool for a few years. However, I wanted to spread the yogi culture even more as I heard many of my friends and family complaining about their stress and motion-less lifestyle. I decided to open my own studio so that many can experience the benefits of doing yoga. Adding to my yogi side, I also love nature, colours, and creativity. Graduated with a BA in Anthropology focusing on Archaeology, I have a huge passion for antiques, culture, and tribal art. You will be able to get a glimpse of my collection at my studio. It is my hope to build a peaceful, healthy, and friendly environment in this neighborhood, where we can share more love and positive energy.

My beloved Sizi

Sizi was a lovely Pekingese with beautiful golden fur, eye-catching white paws, and captivating bright eyes. She was very gentle, calm, and understanding. My family and I never had to worry even when young children were trying to play with her because she was very mellow and had never thrown a tantrum in her life. Even my friends who were scared of dogs ended up liking her. And just like me, she was a big foodie. Her favourite food was watermelons and yams. Surprising to the vets, she lived up to her 18. Although she is no longer here with me, my love for her will continue. So, I named my studio after her in remembrance as well as the hope of spreading her calming and loving nature.
